Ingredients
4 roma tomatoeshalf of a yellow onionhalf of a fresh jalapenohalf of a dried ancho chilea bloop of lime juice or the juice from one limea palmful of cilantro4 sliced/diced/minced cloves of garlicsalt to taste
Directions
Dice the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, ancho and garlic and place in a bowl.

Add lime juice, cilantro and salt. Stir

Let sit for a while so the flavors can mix.

Best to make before other parts of the meal to allow for this rest time.
