Cheesecake cups, made with splenda and peaches

1/2 cup cream cheese, low fat1/2 cup splenda or sucrolose1 cup whipped topping, light2 medium peaches, diced 54 grams of graham crumbs or 8 crackers, crumbled2 tsp margarine
Mix graham crumbs with margarine. Divide & press into the bottoms of 4 cupcake cups (I prefer the tin ones because they're easier to eat from).
Whip cream cheese until soft, adding splenda gradually. Blend in the whipped topping and then the peaches. Divide & spoon into the 4 tins.
Chill 1 hour before serving.
Serving Size: makes 4 individual cups
