4 cups sliced zucchini, unpeeled1cup coarsely chopped onion1/4-1/2 cup margarine1/2 tsp. salt and pepper1/4 tsp. garlic powder, basil & oregano2 eggs well beaten2 cups shredded mozerella cheese2tsp. yellow mustard1 pkg. cresent rolls
In a large skillet melt margarine and cook zucchini & onions until tender.
Stir in seasoning
In a large bowl blend eggs and cheese. Then add zucchini mix
Shape cresent rolls in an ungreased 10" pie pan, to make crust.
Fill with zucchini mixture.
Bake 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until knife comes out clean in center.
Serving Size: 8 pie section
