1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder1 tbsp peanut butter1 cup skim milkSpinach - enough to fill blender1 frozen banana
Directions
All all ingredients, except banana to blender. Blend until smooth. Add frozen banana, blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 very large glass... could serve 2
