Trader Joe's Curry Chicken w/ carrots & onions

1 package (~1 lb.) TJ's Curry Chicken Tenders1 package (~1 lb.) TJ's frozen rustic carrots1 small onion, diced1 tsp. garam masala1-2 tblsp. of peanut oil
In a skillet, heat the peanut oil over medium heat, then add the onions and sautee until translucent. Add the rustic carrots and heat until fragrant, then add the garam masala and mix well.
Add the Trader Joe's curry chicken and sauce from the package and put a lid on the skillet. Increase heat to high for 10-12 minutes, then check to make sure the chicken is cooked through. Break the chicken up with a spatula and mix well.
Serve over lentils or rice.
