2 cupsflour, self rising cake flour serving 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda1.4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread 3.4 cup Granulated Sugar3 egg large whites8 oz Ricotta cheese, fat-free9 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips, Semi Sweet
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 18 muffin cups.
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips with hand mixer until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips,

Bake 12 - 14 minutes. Cool on rack.
