easy beef stroganoff!

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 large onion chopped1 small can mushrooms 1 16oz sour cream, light2 (reg.size) cans healthy choice cream of chicken soup1 bag of extra wide curly egg noodles (ronzoni smart taste is the one we use! ) **Note, this is not in the calorie count because mine weren't listed as an option and they are healthier than generic egg noodles**
Directions
brown ground beef and onion over med/hi heat; meanwhile -bring to boil your curly egg noodles per directions on bag. Once cooked through, add 2 cans cream of chix soup and heat. Wait for noodles to be finished--once they are, drain and set aside. To meat mixture, add 16oz light sour cream and heat on med just until hot. Let thicken 5 minutes. Serve over noodles!
(although one would think that cream of mushroom would be a better fit, this has a better flavor!)
