Ingredients
Directions
1 cup white flour2 cups whole wheat flour5 eggs3/4 cup water1/4 ts salt
Combine flour, eggs, salt, and water. You'll know the dough is the right consistency when you pick up some dough on your spoon and it stays there for a few seconds before falling off.
Let the dough rest for an hour.
Bring salted water to a boil. Using a potato ricer (or a spaetzle maker) get the dough into the boiling water. Let it cook for approximately 5 minutes before draining.
