Vegan Chili

Ingredients
1 cup textured vegetable protein 8 ounces beef flavored seitan strips 1 large onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 (12 ounce) bottle dark beer 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons paprika 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 teaspoons oregano 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
Directions
Saute onions and garlic until soft.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours. If chili is too thick, you may add some water or veggie broth.

Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, soy cheese or whatever you prefer.
