Edamame Succotash

2.5 c Edamame, frozen, prepared2 c corn, frozen, defrosted6 scallions, thinly sliced1 red pepper, chopped1 sm can black olives (2.5 oz).25 c olive oil.25 cider vinegar1 tbsp parsley1 tbsp splenda (sugar equivalent)
Mix edamame, corn, scallions, pepper and olives in bowl. In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, parsley and splenda and mix well. Pour over vegetables and chill for a few hours or overnight. Enjoy.
