Tisane- Cardamom Tea

Ingredients
Mild Cardamon Tisane1/4 c Cardamom pods2 Ceylon Tea bagsBoiling Water1/3 cup Honey or Sweetener to taste2% MilkSpicy Cardamom Tisane1/4 c Cardamom pods1/4 tsp Peppercorns1/4 tsp Cloves1/4 tsp Cinnamon4 Thin slices of Ginger2 Ceylon Tea bagsBoiling Water1/3 cup Honey or Sweetener to taste2% Milk
Directions
Bring 1 quart of spring water to a boil. Add cardamom pods, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon and ginger to water and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Strain as you pour it into your teapot. Add honey or sweetener and milk to taste. Pour into cups. Garish with a cardamom pod if desired.
