Lemon, black olives, zucchini chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed cut in big chunksButter, salted, .5 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 8 tbsp Garlic, 1 tsp Vegetable Broth, 1/2 cup Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced *Lemon Juice, 45 mLSalt, 1 dash thyme 1 teaspoonoregano 1 teaspoon
Directions
brown chicken in butter and olive oil

put chicken in an oven safe pan, season with thyme, oregano, pepper. Add garlic, vegetable broth and olives. Cover and cook in the oven at 350 for 20 min.

During that time, cook the zucchinis 2-3 minutes each side, in a little olive oil, add salt and pepper.

After the 20 min, add the zucchinis and the lemon juice to the chicken. Let cook uncovered for 10 min
