4 T. of cocnut flour (or almond flour)Stevia = to 4T2 T of carob or cocoa powder2 egg whites or 1 egg3 T. unsweetened almond milk3 T. extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp of vanilla extractLarge coffee mug
Mix all dry ingredients in mug, add egg whites and blend throughly. Add milk, oil, & vanilla. Mix. Place in 1000 watt microwave for 3 minutes. Do not cover mug. Cake will rise over top - do not be alarmed. Let cool & put on plate.
