3/4 cup Broccoli, 1 red bell peppers 1 cKroger Organic Plain Yogurt 2 T Curry Paste Hot Patak's Garlic, 1 clove * *Pine Nuts, 1 tbsp * Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
Directions
combine curry paste garlic and yogurt. Break broccoli into florets. Cut pepper into large chunks. Combine with yogurt mixture and cook in microwave on high for 6-8 minutes. Top with pine nuts and cilantro
