Ingredients
Lemon, Pure Maple Syrup, Cayenne Pepper, Water
Directions
Wash Lemon, cut in half and juice on a hand juice extractor. Remove any seeds. Add juice into a glass half full of fresh cold water. Add remainding ingredients and stir. Add the remainder of the water and stir again with a spoon. Drink and enjoy. This Lemon Cleanse is recommended for minimum of 7-10days. Maxiumum 40 days.
