13.25 oz. W.G. Thin Spaghetti4- Large tomatoes2- Green Bell Peppers1-can Pineapple tidbits1- can Black Olives1/3 C. - Sun Dried Tomatoes (chopped)3/4 C, Italian Salad dressing1 C. Parmesan Cheese6 oz.- Cheddar Cheese1 lb.- Extra lean chopped Ham
We broke the pasta into shorter lengths (4 equal pieces), cook the until done- Cool the pasta by running cold water over it. Chop the Sun Dried Tomatoes, Green Bell Peppers, Onion, and Olives into desirable size pieces. Grate 6oz. of cheddar cheese, open and drain 1 20oz. can of Pineapple tidbits. We used the pre-chopped extra-lean ham, (that comes in 1 pound packages). Add these ingredients to the pasta, with 1 cup of parmesan cheese and the 3/4 cup of Zesty Italian Salad Dressing. Mix the ingredient and chill. Depending on when you are eating this dish, add the fresh tomateos accordingly, We made the day before and waited untilthe next day to add the chopped fresh tomatoes. You can serve this dish, chilled or at room temperature. This recipe is 161 Cal per cup.
