1 cup pre-cooked short-grain white rice1/2 cup rinsed black beans from can1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp ground black pepper1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp roasted garlic hummus2 tbsp chive and onion cream cheese
Take a small non-stick frying pan and put in olive oil, garlic (minced), black pepper, black beans (from can), and cooked white rice. Cook over medium heat until food is hot. Pour contents from pan onto a plat and top with cream cheese and hummus.
