Chewy Coconut Berry Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut3 cups oats1 cup soy milk4 scoops protein4 packets of stevia1 package of soft tofu1 cup mixed berries
Directions
In a blender combine wet ingrediants with berries and protein towards the end. Fold into dry ingrediants and bake at 350 for 10 minutes for a nice chewy bar.
