Ingredients
Ricotta cheese (fat free) 15 oz jarStevia extract 4-5 tsplemon peel 1 tspEgg beater no cholesterol egg 1/2 cup
Directions
mix ricotta cheese with stevia, lemon peel and egg. beat till smooth. pour in lightly greased pan. steam in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Cut into one and a half inch pieces. Makes roughly 8.
