Ingredients
# Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels # Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) # Carrots, raw, 1.5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) # Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) # Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup (# Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) # Vegetable Broth, 1 cup # Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .1 package (10 oz) Salt Pepper10 cups water
Directions
Chop all vegetables to desired bite size. Add carrots, celery and onion to pan with 1/4 cup water over high heat and cover pot. Cook until soft. Add other all other ingredients cover and cook for 1 hour on medium high heat.
