Ingredients
two lb. pork tenderloin diced4 Anaheim peppers diced2 Habanero peppers diced6 jalapeno peppers diced ** may add more to taste**2 small can's diced green chiles1 large can green enchilada sauce4 cups waterflour 2 tbsOne diced onion
Directions
To large stockpot add ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for at least one hour. (Longer is better).
