African Peanut Butter Chicken

2 lbs. chicken or meat1 med. onion, sliced1 yam, chopped1 c. lowfat peanut butter1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional1 tsp. garlic powderSeasoning salt1 small can of tomato sauceWater
Season chicken with seasoning salt. Boil chicken in about 3 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Boil until chicken is done, remove from saucepan. Add onion, chopped yam, tomato sauce, salt, and cayenne pepper to chicken broth. Cook for 10 minutes. Add small amount of water to lowfat peanut butter to make a smooth paste. Add lowfat peanut butter to broth mixture and boil for 5 minutes. Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. Can be served over rice or boiled potatoes.
