*Flour, white, 1 3/4 cup 8th Continent Original Soymilk, 2 cups Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Vegetable Oil, 1/4 cup
Make the Soymilk into buttermilk by adding 2 tablespoons to the milk and let it sit while placing all the other ingredients into a bowl, then add the milk, mix well. Place a 1/2 cup of batter into a prepared waffle iron. Remove when done, add butter, syrup, or other toppings and serve.
