chicken and veg stir fry

Ingredients
I cut up 1/2 a red onion, and add two 6.5 oz cans of No Salt mushrooms, and start that simmering, then cut up 3 chicken thighs( 10-12 ozs ), boneless skinless, and cook it all up with garlic powder, and black pepper for seasoning.Make sure to get Chicken not soaked in salt solution. That would add Na to the dish.
Directions
Just cook it on high till it is nice and golden brown. This keeps it juicy, instead of dried out.
