Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion really fine1 tsp salt1 tsp of pepperparsley diced about one small bunchmix all ingredients together and then divide into small logs a little bigger than a sausage link. grill until done.
Directions
best if done on charcoal grill and served with rice and plain yogurt.
