Shrimp scampi

Ingredients
3 oz shrimp. 1 tbsp olive oil or more if needed2-3 Garlic cloves whole or minced1tsp parsley5 fresh basil leaves1-2tbsp white wine optional1 cup cooked angel hair pastaParsleyBasilWhite wine (opt)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.

Heat oil and add garlic. Simmer for a few minutes but
don't over cook as it will be bitter. Add spices.
Add wine and heat unti hot.

Pour over shrimp and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle on cheese.
