Ingredients
1.17 Lbs. - 85/15 Lean Ground Round1/4 Cup - Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning1/4 Cup - Water2 - 16oz. Cans of Rosarita Fat Free Traditional Refried Beans2 - 8oz. Bags of Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese1 - 11oz. Can of Green Giant Mexicorn4 - Mission Life Balance Flour Tortillas
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.

In medium sauce pot, brown Ground Round . Drain. Add Old El Paso Taco Seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 min. Add both cans of Rosarita's Fat Free Refried Beans to the pot. Mix , till combined thouroghly.

Pour half the meat/bean mixture into baking dish. Add half the Green Giant Mexicorn, sprinkling evenly over top.

Next add 2 cups of the Sargento Reduced Fat Cheese blend, sprinkling evenly over corn and meat/bean mixture.

Now layer 2 Mission Tortillas over top.

Repeat.

Bake 35-40 Minutes until heated through, and cheese is melted.

Top with Green Onions, Salsa, and or Light Sour Cream.
