red vegetable soup

Ingredients
canned tomatoes 1 canonion, raw 1, slicedcarrots 2 medium, gratedolive oil .5 tbspchicken stock 1 pint
Directions
soften onions in olive oil
add grated carrot,canned tomatoes and stock
bring to boil then simmer for 1/2 an hour
liquidise with hand blender
(add a little boiling water if too thick)
