Ingredients
1 Package Shredded Cabbage for Coleslaw2 Tbsp. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)1/4 cup red wine vinegar2 packets truvia (or other sweetener)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
combine EVOO, red wine vinegar, sweetener and seasonings. Pour over cabbage and lightly toss.
Chill for 20 minutes and serve
