Mini chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar2 tsp olive oil2 TBS butter(unsalted)1 tsp VanillaI large egg white1/8 tsp salt3/4 cup flour1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup chococlate chips
Directions
Mix brown sugar, olive oil and butter until blended. Add in egg white, vanila and salt and mix until blended. In seperate bowl, combine flour and bakng soda. Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate. Roll into 20 mini balls and cooke at 375 for 6-8 minutes.
