Beef chuck, 2.5 lb (remove) Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 pack (2-1/2 lb) (remove)1 cup celery1 cup zuchinis Barley, pearled, raw, 1.5 cup (remove) *Chicken Boullion, 2 serving (remove)1 cup fresh mintsalt'oregano 1 spoon
Boiled water in a big pan when it is boiling add 2 1.2 punds of lean beef and 1.5 cups of pearled barley, 1 cup of mint , salt, pepper, and 2 chicken boullion cubes and let it boiled for 45 minutes. Then add the bag of soup frozen vegetables,4 stalks of chop celery 2 choped zuchinnisand let it cook for 15 more minutes
