Olive Oil Biscuits

Ingredients
3 cups white wheat flour1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil3/4 cup whole milk2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 packets splenda(optional flavoring: crushed black pepper or crushed rosemary)
Directions
Using a fork - Mix dry ingredients. Add in oil. Stir in milk slowly to form dough. Separate into 15 pieces and bake at 400F for 30 minutes on a greased non stick baking sheet. (Grease with spray like PAM). Biscuits will look lumpy. Done when golden on the outside and soft in the middle.

Serving Size: Makes 15 buiscuits. 1 biscuit per serving.
