Grilled Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Paste, 10 tbsp Trader Joe's Greek Style Nonfat Plain Yogurt, 1.5 cup Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins (Frozen), 32 oz Salt, 1.5 tbsp Pepper, black, 1.5 tbsp Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia)
Thaw the frozen tenderloin completely and wash
In a bowl mix the greek yogurt, the tandoori paste, the salt and pepper and the juice of the lime.
Add chicken and coat completely.
Cover and let it marinade in the refrigerator from 2 to 8 hours.
When ready for cooking, spray grill with Pam cooking spray and grill until chicken is completely cooked.
Serving Size: About 2 Tenderloins per serving
