Cream of Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
1 med. zucchini (approx. 3 cups sliced)1 med. summer squash (approx. 3 cups sliced)1 cup water3 beef boullion cubes2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
Wash & slice veggies.
(NOTE: You can use all zucchini if no summer squash avaiable.)
Cook in saucepan over medium heat with boullion & water until soft and tender. Stir in butter until melted. Puree in food processor or blender and serve.
