Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

1 lb of London Broil, in 2 inch slices1 onion diced1 diced garlic clove2 cans Progresso Vegetable Classic Creamy Mushroom Soup1 lb of sliced Mushrooms, fresh1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat1 lb cooked Egg Noodles
Put the onion, garlic and beef in a crock pot
Add the two cans of soup
Cook on low for 8 - 9 hours
before serving add the sour cream and cook for 30 minutes on low - make the egg noodles
Server on top of the noodles
Serving Size: makes 8 1/2 cup servings
