Paradise Island Bean Burgers

Beans, black, 1 cup, mashedbrown rice 1 cup cookedGarlic, 2 cloves, pressed through garlic pressLeeks, finely diced, 2 tbsp*Sweet Potato, mashed, 2 tbspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspOregano, ground, 0.5 tspBasil, 0.5 tbsp*Cumin seed, 0.25 tspSalt, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
1) Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl. Coat clean hands with olive oil to mix.
2) Divide mixture into equal fourths. Shape into patties.
3) Heat grill pan over medium and coat lightly with oil (or cooking spray). Add patties and cook 5 min per side or until the patties are golden and crispy.
4) Serve on toaster burger buns (calories not included)
5) Dress burgers as you like.
