No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients
1 x 12.3 pkg. silken firm tofu, drained, must be silken1 cup yogurt cheese (yogurt drained overnight using a cheese cloth)1 cup pumpkin puree, unsweetened (not pie mix)1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice2 Tbsp. honey1/2 tsp blackstrap molasses1 tsp. real vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp cloves (ground)1/8 tsp powdered ginger
Directions
1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined and very smooth.
2. Chill for one hour before serving.
