Carrot and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
227 g (1/2lb) Carrots227 g (1/2lb) Cauliflower227 g (1/2lb) onions2 cloves Garlic4 cups water1 cup Coconut MilkYou can add any spice you want!I lean towards Paprika/Chili powered/Cyanne Pepper mix. Or a curry works well also.
Directions
Take everything but the Coconut Milk and one cup of water and boil until all vegetables are soft enough to blend in blender. Then blend together use last cup of water to swish everything out of the blender. AFTER you blend it stir in the coconut milk and serve warm or enjoy as a cold snack!
