Lite Dijon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs1 tsp dijon mustard1 Tbsp plain Greek Yogurt (2%)1 Tbsp capersSalt and pepper to tasteDrop of balsamic vinegar
Directions
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Mash together yolk, mustard, yogurt, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and garnish with capers.
Enjoy!
