Kamir's Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
4 Boneless and skinless chicken breasts4 TBSP grated parmesan cheese3/4 cup egg white2 tsp oregano1 tsp basil1 tsp ground pepper
Directions
Pour the egg whites into a bowl. Dip the chicken breast into the egg white.

On a sepaprate plate mix together the cheese, oregano, basil and pepper. These spices can be adjusted to taste. Parsley can also be added, if desired.

Once the chicken breasts are well coated with egg white, cover all sides with the parmesan and spice mixtre by laying the chicken breasts in the mixture one at a time.

Spray a frying pan with PAM and cook the chicken breasts very slowly on each side until browned and cooked through. About 10 minutes med-low.
