Mix carrot, beans, herbs, garlic in food processor or blender. Add seeds, then blend for 30 more seconds. Mix with 1-2 cup cooked quinoa. Add flax seed and flour. Mix well with each addition. Salt and pepper or other herbs for flavor.
Add olive oil to hot pan, form patties (easy with 1/2 cup measuring cup) and sear brown edge, flip. OR put in oven at 425oF and cook for 15 minute and flip.
Serving Size: 6- 3.5 inch patties
