Take the roast and shred it, chop onions and mushrooms as well. Put olive oil in heated pan and toss meat, onions and mushrooms together. Heat completely, frying onions and mushrooms to chosen consistency. Immediately when done, put roast mixture into whole wheat pita and add lettuce, swiss cheese and tomato! Enjoy!
