Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 cup self rising Cornmeal1 large egg1 cup skim milk(mix these to make the cornbread)1 / 2 cup onion, microwave cooked1 cup diced celery, microwaved also1 cup of chicken broth (or 2 bouillion cubes in a cup of boiling water)10 ounces of cooked white meat chicken (this is about 2 cans if you want to make this easier)Salt to tastePepper1 can of cream of chicken or celery soupSage, (I add a tbsp, but some like less sage)
Directions
Mix up the cornbread and bake in the oven about thirty minutes on 350.

When cornbread is done. Crumble the cooled bread in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients using two large wooden spoons or very clean hands. Place in a large casserole dish and pat down level with back of the spoon. This will need to cook about 30 minutes on 350 until the top is nicely browned.
