Ingredients
1 C Kraft Light Done Right Salad Dressing2 C low fat sour cream1/2 C skim milk
Directions
Bottled Ranch dressing is high is sodium. The average is about 260mg for a 2 Tbs. serving.

This mixture will reduce the sodium content to about 140mg per 2 Tbs. serving.

With just a little effort you can reduce the sodium by over 1/3. Measure ingredients into a stainless steel or glass mixing bowl. Whisk to mix. Store refrigerated in a glass container.

When using salad dressings - don't pour them over your salad mixture. Instead, serve them on the side and dip your fork into the mixture before you spear the greens. You'll use far less dressing and subsequently eat far less sodium.
