Ingredients
2 cups rice1 large can tomatos6 garlic cloves5 stalks celery1 large onion1 pound of ground beef1 tbsp of flax2 tbsp fennel4 tbsp chili powder
Directions
brown beef, add celery onion til soft, add tomatos and rest of ingredients. add rice and extra water to allow rice to plump up. simmer for 20 minutes.
