    I omitted the egg. I added mayo, Italian seasoning, black pepper and grated parmesan cheese. I used hot and spicy pork rinds and a 5 oz can of boneless/skinless pink salmon. I mixed all ingredients and put in the refrigerator for a half hour for better handling. They were awesome!!! - 1/17/14
