Chinese Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
1/3 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth1/4 cup sugar1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel3 Tbl. lemon juice2 Tbl. rice vinegar2 Tbl. light corn syrup1 clove garlic, finely chopped, or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder2 tsp. cornstarch2 tsp. cold water
Directions
Heat Broth, sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, vinegar, corn syrup, & garlic to boiling in a 1-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Mix cornstarch & cold water; stir into sauce. Cook & stir aobut 30 seconds or until thickened. Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Goes with Baked Chicken
