Shirazi Salad

Ingredients
3 medium tomatoes, chopped2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped1 small onion finely chopped2 Tbsp mint leaves chopped fine1 Tbsp olive oilJuice of one lemon1 tsp salt
Directions
Chop vegetables and mint. Combine in a large bowl. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pour dressing on salad and gently mix together. Chll for 2 hours.
