Lemon Honey & Ginger Tea

1c Boiling Water1t dry or 1T fresh Ginger2T Fresh Lemon juice1T HoneyCayenne Pepper to taste
Warm your tea cup with hot water.
Pour away the water.
Put herbs in the cup. Add fresh boiling water and cover.
Leave to steep 3 to 5 minutes. Add more herbs for a stronger flavor.
Steeping to long will make the tea bitter.
Pour into cups and serve with a wedge of lemon.
Serving Size: makes 1 1-cup serving
