On the Grill Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
6 Large Red Potatoes2 Cloves of garlic diced1Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (I use McCormicks)1tsp Italian Seasoning1Tbsp Dried Parsley3Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Wash potatoes & leaving skins on cut into approx 3/4" cubes & put in ziploc bag along with remaining ingredients.

Shake bag until potatoes are evenly coated.

Fold a large piece of foil in half folding 2 of the 3 edges over 3 times... pour potatoes in remaining side & then fold the edge over multiple times to close.

Grill over medium heat for 20 minutes flipping the pouch over half way through. When done remove from pouch & enjoy!

You can also cook these the same way with a cookie sheet below the foil pouch in your oven at 375.
